Prize Claim Rules
- For prizes up to ₹10,000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees):
Payment is made directly by the authorized distributor/stockist/agent/seller on behalf of the State Government. - For prizes above ₹10,000/-:
Winners must submit their claims to the Director, Government of Nagaland or the Nodal Office in respective States within 30 days from the draw date. The claim should include:- The original prize-winning ticket (duly signed by the winner).
- The prescribed claim form.
- Required documents and ID proofs.
Payments for approved claims are processed within 60 days.
